Complete Engineering and Architectural services provided from raw land through completion, Site Engineering, Site Development, Permitting, 48,000 sf retail center, 26,000 sf retail center, 10,000 sf retail center, Oil Change Building, Culver’s Restaurant, Car Wash, Office Condominiums, Hotel Site Engineering, and build-out drawings for approximately 85% of all businesses in the center.
Old Second Bank, Yorkville
Site Engineering, Site development, and Architectural drawings for Bank Facility including lower level leasable area.
TW Group Office Building, Westmont
2 story office building with employee lounge area below grade and leaseable first floor area. Included space planning, office interior build-out design.
Southern Belle's Restaurant, Plainfield
This is part of a 4 acre, 10 building mixed use development designed by KES “From Dirt to Door Knobs.” Southern Belle's is a 6,000 sf Restaurant, including outdoor dining. This is the 4th Southern Belle's we have had the privilege of designing.
